Oh, also...

Just as an FYI to anyone who doesn't follow me on Twitter: More of my Duran Duran reviews from last year have been republished at Andy Taylor's official website. This week, "Hungry Like the Wolf" was showcased; last week was "My Own Way"'s turn. Looks like Andy will be featuring one of my reviews per week on his site from here on out.

It goes without saying that Andy Taylor is: a) a very cool guy, and b) an awfully good sport about all this.

DKoren -- it's pretty awesome, isn't it? I've been assured that Andy loves my Duran reviews. Nevertheless, I remain faintly paranoid that one of these days he's going to sit down and read them closely, and then he'll realize I've said some truly unkind things about his hair at various points.

...Then again, if he had no problems with my "Hungry Like the Wolf" Duranalysis, in which I give him crap for the whole "Revlon-wearing tosser" business, he's probably going to be okay with the rest of them.

(Oh, hey, I just now bought Lawyers in Hell from Amazon for your story in it -- been meaning to do that for a while, and your comment reminded me I should probably, like, place the order. Really looking forward to reading your work. I love knowing published authors.)

Oh please... I don't think he'd care much about comments about his hair. Andy is fabulous and I am so thrilled that he's seen and reblogged your recaps since they are so freaking amazing. :)

Thanks, Jennifer! It's pretty fabulous. Still, I don't think I'll really be happy until Nick starts anonymously trolling the comments on Andy's site...

Andy's latest Tweet says your review of "Save A Prayer" is your best one. :)

How cool is that? There's something awesome about seeing Twitter's automatic email notification popping up in my in-box: "Andy Taylor (@andytaylor_tv) mentioned you on Twitter!"
